2017 Yamaha Waverunner EX no display & no start

My son said he hit a large wave, heard a warning sound and it shut off.
Has no display and won't start.
The battery is good, the fuses are good, checked the three relays in the fuse box and they are good. Replaced the stop switch just in case. Can't get it to do anything. No display or nothing.
Can someone help?

Hi Dondo. I have a 2018 Yamaha ex sport and I was wondering how you gain access to the fuse box on your 2017? I assume its in front of the engine like my 2018. I can see it from under the front steering compartment, but it seems impossible to reach. Any help would be appreciated?
