  • Make your own impellor gauge.

Print 'em out and find some clear pipe to put them around. At that point you can READ the outer edges of the prop. To adjust the prop, you will need some type of "prop bench", albeit a hitch holder, or bench top setup, as well as a speciallized tool to adjust it.

It works great. I printed the leading edge on a piece of paper, inserted the same sheet back in the printer and printed the trailing edge on the opposite side of the paper. Took the sheet to OfficeMax and had it laminated and works great.

    Great tool for checking pitch.

This particular one was printed for me by BULLRAIDER.

It looks to be a clear laminate type paper. Can be found at Office Depot Office Max. From what I seen at Office Depot reading the labels, make sure it is compatible with inkjet printers.

i got mine printed on the sheets, now is there a certain way to place it on the prop, does the top line need to be at the top of the bade or anything, or just use reference marks?
