FREE Tunnel Reinforcement Template DOWNLOAD !!

Send me your address and I will mail or email out a tunnel reinforcement template.
This can be traced out for Fiberglass or Carbon Fiber like I did mine.

I have mailed out a dozen or so in the past few weeks, and all have turned out great for everyone !

Lemme know if anybody wants one.

Left Side Tunnel Template

Here is the LEFT SIDE tunnel template for download and printing. It should print full size.

Click on picture, then print.

Cut on the solid lines under the dotted ones that outline the outer perimeter of the template.

The two internal lines are for folds that are needed around the pump tunnel.

Tape the top portions of both templates as the original picture ^above^ shows.

Or I can E-mail anyone the template now.

Right Side Tunnel Template

Here is the RIGHT SIDE tunnel template for download and printing. It should print full size.

Click on picture, then print.

Cut on the solid lines under the dotted ones that outline the outer perimeter of the template.

Tape the top portions of both templates as the original picture ^above^ shows.

I recommend the West System Epoxy. Tommy Jordan from Fountain Racing turned me on to this. Rock hard after it dries and user friendly pumps on each can.
