yamaha GP1200 carburation problem

Hello everyone, I'm Jonathan from the Canary Islands and I have a 98 GP 1200 waverunner that is giving me problems, the problem is that it is very difficult to raise it from idle, you try to accelerate it and it does not rev up, apart from that the carburettors leak gasoline, I have repaired the carburettors and reviewed all the specifications in the workshop book on them and the bike is still the same, does anyone have any idea what it could be? Make sure to use only genuine MIkuni parts.

Did you grease the gaskets during the install to help them seal?

Thanks, I didn't, but the carb is leaking inside, there is a constant drip from the high speed jet, the pop-off settings are fine, about 30 psi and no apparent leaks.

If there's a constant drip the needle and seat is leaking.

Thanks. That's why I'm stumped, I've checked that many times and no leaks, the needle and seat hold 20 psi pressure for several minutes and the pop-off pressure is around 30 psi on all three carbs, believe me I've checked this many times

did you replace that small clear plastic finger inside the carb?

30 psi is way too low. use the 115 gram spring on those

98 GP1200 is 65U motor and SBN carbs

OK.......needle seat OR seat o'ring issue is normally the cause.
