Hi. How many motor hours will work this models ? Have Yamaha modified it from 2013 model year ? I ride about 150 motorhour per year, is VX more strongest for it ?

Welcome to GH! We have members with 200+ hours on theirs already. I have 75 hours in mine right now. We estimate these skis can go 500 or more hours with out any major rebuild.

I agree with what Stunna has said and have a pair of VXS skis that have 75+ hours on them.

Thanx. And what about FZS/FZR ? I think that VXS/VXR will be stronger ?

Both VXR/S and FZR/S have plenty of muscle and speed. You won't be dissapointed with either one. I would recommend your deciding factor be "how / where" you will be riding the Ski. That should lead you to the right choice for "you". JB

I want to ride it about 150 motorhour per year. If it will be work about 300 motor hours, VX will looks better for me. I will ride a river, not a salt sea.

The VX will be too slow (unless you are ok with a 51 mph Ski). VXR or VXS sounds perfect for you. There are some great threads here about the Ski. And some Regulars who know a ton about the VXR/S. Enjoy. JB
