Would you also be swapping in the transom plate and jet pump from the SVHO GP1800 ?

Would you also need the SVHO wire harness?

Would you transfer the SVHO ECU into the HO hull or attempt to insert the SVHO tune into the HO ECU?

2021 VX HO has cracked block starter oil pan ( got water in, 5 year warranty and insurance company does not want to cover)
      I have a donor- 2021 gp1800r SVHO (damaged hull).
So yes I have the transom plate and jet pump from the SVHO GP1800,SVHO wire harness, the SVHO ECU.
The question will all this fit and work on VX Ho hull ?

As far as I know the hulls are very similar. The hull strakes on the bottom might be slightly different but probably not a significant enough thing to worry about.

Inside the hull I would expect the engine mounts and so on to be the same.

Small stuff like the intercooler water exit hull fittings would need to be transferred.

Since you will have the complete 2021 GP1800 SVHO there you can remove and transfer whatever parts the VX HO might be missing.

A friend did a similar swap the other direction a couple of years ago - 1.8 liter HO engine installed into a SVHO GP1800 hull.

Make sure to get the engine and jet pump/driveshaft alignment correct.

Very high-confidence it will all fit
          Here's why:
Although one is NA and the other SC, they are both based in the 1.8L platform, so the motor mounts all line-up. "Generally" the MR1, TR1, and 1.8L all share the same mounting footprint.
The drive-line lines-up - though I'd carry the complete SC drive-line along with the SC engine just because.
Electrical should carry-over - all of it! RiDE, etc.. which means the gauges swap too. I don't know how each gauge cluster looks, so that might be a little work there.

In-summary: the big items (engine, pump, electrical) should transfer fine. Its going to be in the little nick-nacks where there might be minor challenges.

MR-1/1.8L 2005 "hull-swap", thru-hull exhaust with custom baffle-chamber, ribbon-delete, R&D Pro Comp filter, APE MCCT swap, Garmin 44dv w/ thru ride plate transducer, Candoo-speedo, YDS, ATV mid-height bars OID grips billet trigger, thermostat pisser mod, 1100GPH bilge pump, air-cooled mosfet reg/rec, switched dual LiFePO4 batteries, Pump seal kit, Solas, anti-cavi cone, siphon-delete, water-flag valve, stereo system, VHF radio, DYI fishing rack

The VX and GP are the same hulls. The only difference with the hull is the material it is made of. GP is the lighter weight Nanoxcel 2. Being that you have a donor ski you can swap over everything needed. I would definitely swap over the pump, intake grate, ride plate, transom plate. I'd even swap over all of the GP body panels for a better look. If you want to utilize the factory intercooler coolant line exit you will have to drill two holes in the right side of the hull.
