Powerwalve issue XLT800

Hi

I think I have issues with powerwalve on my xlt800.
The engine has run for about 5 houers and the carbs too. I started it at land before I put it into the water and then the powerwalve sounded like it did last summer when the PWC worked great. Now it just ran up to 28-30mph and then it started to bleeding and it didnt go faster. I turned it of and then I heard that the powerwalve didnt sound like it did 10 minutes before. Now the powerwale sounds slowely.

I tried to upload a movie but it didnt work.

So you're saying when the PV cycles on/off it sounds weak? Ride with the seat off and manually engage the PV with your hand when you get up to speed if you could. Servo motor could be going out.

No my old one were totaly damage, it had went without oil. I bought the PWC in that condition.

I took some pictures today, the left cylinders powervalve is broken.

Buy this and an additional lever link for the other one, or replace both just to be sure.

Pretty common failure on these unfortunately. Take a peek at your cylinder walls and piston heads too.
