How do you reinstall the accelerator pump on a 2001 gp1200r?

I am wondering how you reinstall the factory accelerator pump on a 2001 Yamaha gp1200r. The previous owner of my ski disabled it

If it was disabled it was likely rejetted. I commonly do this as well. Why do you want it back? Is it not running well?
