Clogged fuel return mikuni 44

I've searched, haven't really found anything. Wave blaster 2 isn't starting so I checked the carbs again. Found a flogged fuel return. I
have went in with wire, sprayed carb cleaner and even tried to blow air through. Any tips on cleaning this port out. Not getting fuel to that carb at all.
