GP 1200 carburator on Venture 1100 help me?

I have 1997 Yahama Venture and I installed the GP 1200 carb on my Venture, I have done oversize .50 cyl head and have done porting polish.

My main question is that What size of the Main jet and Pilot jet would you guys recommend to install?

I have 120 main jet and pilot jet now and it feels like too much gas.
