local dealer has a new SHO pump they will let go fairly cheap. Will this fit on a 2000 gp1200r or will i need a bunch of modifications done?

no. although they look and dimensionally are the same outside, the SHO pump uses bigger bearings to compliment the bigger driveshaft. so, it will bolt in, but you won't be able to install a gpr drive shaft in it.Comment
