Sean, I think this is a great direction to head.

I feel there are many recreational riders that would lile to race but don't have the money or the interest for the bigger SC skis but may like to compete. I know there are many that want to race but because of the high speeds we are running now they are a little nervous about it.
I think they should offer more classes for the NA 4 stroke skis to hopefully get more interest in a great sport.
I would like to suggest that any of you that have a NA 4 stroke and may be interested in IJSBA sanctioned racing join in with Sean and with enough interest they may begin to cater more towards this class of ski.

I would still be a racer without a class amigo, my stx is already NA open ready, unfortunately it seems like the US is not ready for NA open.

That's one of the best ideas I've heard in a long time. A limited vxr or 15f would give me a run for my money on my stock class 250x. We need to push for this to help keep the runabout racing interesting.

Yeah, that is the idea, My ski would be slower than a limited ski but with the trim tabs and other goodies it will stop and corner much harder than anything else.

A modified hx,spx,xp or GPR smokes a stock vxr around a track.

That isn't surprising, that is why NA 4 strokes are allowed to class down as per the rules. A NA 4 stroke open can run 2 stroke limited.
