1- Turbo up Pipe from there to the turbo cartridge then from there to the turbo snail and from there to the turbo down pipe.
2- Intercooler then from there to the oil cooler then from there out the side of the hull.
    3- Engine block line #1.
    4- Engine Block line #2.
5- Exhaust manifold collector line #1.
    6- Exhaust collector line #2.

All 1/2" Lines except the thermostat outlet line is 3/4" out the side of the hull.

I am not using the oem water input from the pump, tapped and plugged the pump so there is no leaks... All the cooling is being fed from the distribution manifold...

      • I also have a 1/2” Line from the worx racing engine block plate (line #3) feeding the rectifier then from there to the other side of the block Riva zinc fitting. I drilled and tapped the Riva fitting from 3/8” to 1/4” fitting to accept a 1/2” hose...

        • FX-SVHO.

This is no longer the NA I started with. The NA was a proof of concept.

This is now my 2014 FX-SVHO...

WOW!!!! Glad to have you back. Sucks about the injury, but at least they made the hardware look like a NOVI/Buckshot combo pack!!!! I like following your builds. Good luck.

                            • Engine Battery Quick Disconnect.

I always wanted to get around having to remove the exhaust manifold to remove the battery cables. I found this quick disconnect that seams to work very well!

                              • My intention with this thread.

                                Hello all,

I'm making this information and personal ideas available for anyone on the fence on doing one of these projects and are faced with more questions than answers looking at steps along the process and thinking ÔÇ£how in the hell am I going to do thatÔÇØ...?!!

I wish I've had some info available 10 years ago when I first started thinking about a Turbo and couldn't find anything. It was frustrating to say the least. Then the big names in the aftermarket world started spreading the word about a Turbo kit of their own and I probably wasted 4-5 years and there was yet nothing.

My intention is for everyone to find this information helpful.

Here is is what I'm using to distribute proper cooling to the various systems. It's a 1/2ÔÇØ NPT Air manifold used to distribute air from a compressor in a shop. I drilled the inside end to end once I installed all fittings to keep a smooth flow in the manifold. You can find this manifold pretty much anywhere. I bought mine on Amazon.

I mounted it to a bracket I made and bolted it to the transom plate upper bolts.
