Looking for some ideas on troubleshooting. My 2009 FZS was running great end of last year, winterized with antifreeze however did not fog the cylinders. When I tried to start it for the first time this year the starter engages but is not turning the engine. Battery is 12.6, starter relay is good, checked all fuses. Also took out the spark plugs and did not change (starter still not turning engine). The only cause that I can think of is there is some corrosion in the engine from not fogging.
I put a healthy amount of PBlaster into the engine oil and down the cylinders, let sit for 24 hours but didn't help.
Where is the best access point to manually turn the engine to see if it is seized? Any other ideas greatly appreciated.
