  • Which primer to go with for my Nanoexcel hull?

Stuck between two different primers before I urethane paint my Waverunner.

i know many people here recommend the interlux interprotect 2000E primer but it's a lot of money. I am getting the color matched black hull urethane paint from color-rite. They also sell a primer with catalyst. I called them up and they state that it's good for below the water and adheres to epoxy resin. He sounded unsure though about the adhesion to epoxy resin though.

which one should I go with?
