Finally got around to getting my Stage 3 GP wrapped up and on the water. Installed is the RIVA Stage 3 kit, intake manifold upgrade, stock intake grate, RIVA Gen 2 ride plate. After burning a tank of gas and riding for a few hours, I filled it back up and did a few speed runs. I managed 90.4 @ 9250 RPM on a full tank of gas in 84 degree weather. The tune needs some work; AFR at WOT was on the rich side so leaning it out a bit will bring up RPM and speed. Of course, having less than 100 pounds of fuel in the front of the ski will help too.

Interesting it’s only a little over 1 MPH faster than the Stage 2 AGR tune test run you did with the Riva intake grate. Looking forward to seeing the results after you dial her in some more.2022 GP1800R SVHO RIVA stage 2

There is still a lot of work left to do to get the speed where it should be but I don't think it's too bad for the first run with zero fine tuning involved. I am definitely not satisfied with 90.4 mph.

I have a lot of issues with the tune and idle is one of them. I am using the Stage 3 9500 R3 F20 3 Bar tune. At idle it is so lean it barely stays running. Slow cruising speeds are also dangerously lean. WOT is too rich.
I think it'll have the potential to do 95 mph in absolute perfect conditions with much higher RPM and an aggressive tune; I do not intend to try to push it that far on the R3. I'll be satisfied with 92+.
