Factory air box and intake air tube deleted, replaced with Riva aftermarket air intake snorkel. The Riva thing has to be removed before working down in front of the engine.

Can be a bit of a wrestle to get the Riva cold air intake tube assembly out, but it does come out.

Following the documented process and not rushing, the actual job is straightforward.

Last autumn I guided a 2022 GP1800R SVHO owner through the process. He did the wrenching while I provided guidance. He did just fine, and is not a mechanic by trade (electrician and business owner)

Once you have done it a couple of times, SVHO clutch replacement takes a couple of hours, working carefully.
Including the oil drain and change which is done at the same time.

Parts needed; new SVHO supercharger clutch,
    oil pump gasket,
    supercharger gasket/seal
    Oil pipe crush washers (4)

Tools; mirror to help see bottom area of oil pump, makes it easier to remove and reinstall the small bolts
Long hex drive to reach the recessed oil pump bolts
Typical toolbox ratchet kit with 1/4” and 3/8” drive

It's also a good idea to replace the two orange O-rings on the connector pipe.
