    So how are people getting rid of cavitation on these?


    Intake Grate and pump seal and/or impeller?

    Almost zero cavitation on 13/18 stage 1 plus, intake grate and ride plate standard

      I would bet your transom plate needs to be resealed

        Not sure. Is that still an issue. Mine is still in the crate at the dealer waiting for me to pick it up. I am just guessing this will be like every other Yamaha I have owned and cavitation.

          It's an issue on many skis due to a poorly sealed transom plate from the factory. If your ski suffers from extensive cavitation, remove the transom plate and re seal it with 3m 5200.
