if someone decides to use the Stage 1 8000 rpm tune they will need the 13/20 to keep the engine off the limiter.

I’m going to be trying this exact setup. I’ll post my results using the stage 1+ tune with the 8000 limiter and 13/20 impeller with the riva ride plate.

I test new 2022 FX with Riva ecu 13/18 intake and grate oem with my mod. Flame remove and ready on gauge 78 mph, no vado for new hull.

it will run 8300 and more no problem I am saying at 8000 rpm thats the speeds I am seeing. trying to give you like for like on your 8K tune

I am on a Stage 1 plus tune 8500 rpm but at a steady 8k those were the speeds I was seeing on the 13/18

Unless you’re at high elevation or really hot air temps your 13/18 should turn more like 8300 RPM

With the 13/18 i was seening 71mph consistent with the odd flick to 72mph at 8000rpm. Sea level 12celcius

not at all. I don’t do any cooling upgrades until Stage 2 and use the Riva Pro Series cooling.
