Finally got to take the gp out for the weekend after upgrading to stage 2 minus the retainers. Went with a custom air intake and did the 160mm pump and transom upgrade plate since I needed to reseal the transom. Also changed out the waterbox for a 21+ without the baffles and got the tube that deleted the extra sound baffle coming off the waterbox. Went with a 13/20 solas prop to keep the rpms in below 8600. So far so good. One thing I didn't realize is the dash tach only goes to 8000. What aftermarket tach is everyone using to see above 8000?
