Guy’s original yamaha filters are made by denso. What are the svho crew using as alternative oil filters for 2020 engines onwards

Is there something specific about the 2020 onwards SVHO oil filter requirements that differs from pre-2020?

Myself and several others have been using the genuine Ford Motocraft FL400S oil filter on our 2017 era SVHO GP1800
Slightly longer than the OEM Denso filter but fits just fine, especially with the factory air box removed.

Nothing in particular just our skis range from 2020-2022 only difference i am aware of is the plastic intake manifold. Thanks for the model number, not sure if we can get that here in UK, will check it out

The Motorcraft FL910S oil filter is similar in size to the OEM filter, if the taller FL400S is unavailable or perhaps a tight fit with the factory air box in place

Like K447, I've been using the Ford Motocraft FL400S oil filter. It's been several years now and I'm happy with them and will keep using them.
