Open line and hole in hull??

Hi guys have this open line in the hull, I believe it's a vent on my 97 seadoo GTX. It leaks fuel if I hold it down and I tee off to rub rail and fuel tank, my guess is the open line connects to a high up check valve in hull ( black dot red arrow). Can anyone clear this up for me thanks

Yes, that is a vent hose and should be up high somewhere....maybe around the steering area. Also I see grey fuel lines. If those are original that GTX needs a fual system overhaul.
