Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone here has one of these boats. I want to upgrade from my speedster 150 and have been researching the Speedster 200 and the Utopia 205 but then I saw the 212SX and thought, "WOW", that's nice. And it has a lot of features standard for the price. Speed isn't as good as the Seadoo but with the high output engines it's not bad. It's like the 310hp speedster. How do the Yamaha's compare with the Seadoo's in reliability, etc. Any comments will be appreciated. Haven't made any decisions on the purchase yet. I'm still researching and will probably not buy for another 8-10 months. Thanks.

What don't you like about it or what do you think is not "perfect?" I know I can read all the marketing stuff but its the actual boat owner that has one that can really tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Also, have you had any experience with Seadoo's? If so, how do they match up against the Yamaha's. Thanks.

I am looking at the 212SS as well. 51 is respectable for a jetboat. I will be checking them out next week at the LA show.

I am boatless now and it is killing me.
