David Chipman, who is still the Biden admin’s nominee to head the ATF, replies in the video clip above to a question from the BBC as to whether we are doing enough to monitor what is on “these hate-filled websites” (referring to 8Chan).

This is his answer:


The frustration is, is in the United States, um, the freedom of speech and to say things is largely, uh, cannot be regulated but, yes, we have to do more to monitor hate speech on the internet, but we also have to do more, um, to curb that same speech being presented by our President and other elected public officials. Um, the FBI, uh, other federal agencies have a tough job responding to these threats when they don’t currently have the authority to remove weaponry just because people are saying hateful things.




It’s shocking that Chipman’s nomination has lasted this long. He’s so radical and has so many issues and so much baggage, I think it’s fair to say that we expected him to be rejected long ago. But, alas, it isn’t a done deal so you need to call your representatives — Congress and Senate, D and R alike — and tell them they need to actively oppose Chipman’s nomination.

Here We Go- CDC to Announce New Masking Regulations for Vaccinated Americans at 3 PM Presser

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will announce new masking guidelines for vaccinated people at a 3 PM presser today.



And here you thought you were vaccinated!

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is set on Tuesday to announce revised mask guidance for fully vaccinated Americans in the wake of rising COVID-19 cases.


Officials told Reuters the CDC is expected to recommend fully vaccinated Americans wear masks indoors in at least some instances, but the specifics are not clear.


The CDC and White House did not immediately comment. The CDC said it plans a 3 p.m. media briefing.

Hours later Joe Biden announced mandatory vaccinations for all 115,000 front-line employees of The Veterans Affairs department.


Immediately thereafter, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced all state employees and healthcare providers will be forced to vaccinate. None of these events are disconnected.


Keep in mind just a few days ago the Federal CDC announced all U.S. healthcare providers must switch to new rapid response tests for COVID-19. The reasoning? The current PCR test does not differentiate between COVID and the flu. The new tests will distinguish between the flu virus and the COVID virus.


Can you see the strategic move now?


The new CDC approved rapid response test will cull the flu cases from false positives; that approach will automatically drop the number of new COVID cases identified. The Biden regime will then say the drop in new COVID cases is because of the forced vaccinations in major populations (VA, NYC and CA).

As a result, everyone must get vaccinated because the added vaccinations are lowering the COVID cases, and the statistics will prove it.

RINO Rep. Adam Kinzinger Starts Crying Like a Baby During January 6 Hearing



Goofy RINO Rep. Adam Kinzinger started crying like a baby during the “January 6 Select Committee” hearing.



The Never-Trump “Republican” is one of only two members of the GOP that Speaker Nancy Pelosi allowed on the committee — the other being Liz Cheney.


During his opening statement, Kinzinger blasted his own party for treating the mostly peaceful protest as a “partisan fight.”


“Like all Americans, I am frustrated that six months after a deadly riot breached the United States Capitol for several hours on live television … we still don’t know exactly what happened. Why? Because many in my party have treated this as just another partisan fight. It’s toxic, and it’s a disservice to the officers and their families, to the staff and employees on the Capitol Complex, and to the American people who deserve the truth,” Kinzinger blubbered on during his opening statement.


The embarrassing congressman choked back tears as he bashed his own party and attempted to score points with the left.

Kinzinger went on to repeatedly claim that he is actually a Republican — despite overwhelming evidence that he doesn’t even like the party.


“This CANNOT continue to be a partisan fight. I am a Republican, I am a conservative, but in order to heal from the damage caused that day, we need to call out the facts. It’s time to stop the outrage and conspiracies that fuel violence and division in our country, and most importantly, we need to reject those that promote it. As a country, it’s time to learn from our past mistakes, rebuild stronger so this never happens again, and move onward,” he claimed.

Twitter Suspends Arizona Audit And Audit War Room Accounts, Wendy Rogers Predicts ‘I Will Be Next’

Big Tech monopoly Twitter has suspended the accounts of the Audit War Room and the Maricopa County Audit as of Monday, in a move that audit supporters have criticized as a direct act of interference in the democratic election process. Twitter has not released a statement explaining why the accounts were banned.

State Sen. Wendy Rogers (R), who has been a figurehead of the grassroots election integrity effort in Arizona, broke the news to Twitter on Monday, writing, “BREAKING: Twitter just suspended the Arizona Audit account as well as the Audit War Room account. Follow me on Telegram and Gab for when I am booted. I will be next.” Rogers also provided links to her Gab and Telegram accounts.

Accompanied by the post were screenshots of both accounts, which were struck with the message “Account suspended – Twitter suspends accounts that violate the Twitter rules. Twitter has not explained why the accounts were actually suspended, nor did it provide context as to how reporting on the governmental, democratic process to secure election integrity is in violation of its platform guidelines.”


As National File previously reported, Rogers revealed in May that the findings of the audit team may be “legally actionable” in regards to the 2020 presidential, Senate, and House elections:

In a series of posts on social media, Rogers revealed in detail exactly what she had seen, and was able to dispel some myths about the Maricopa audit that had been put forward by the mainstream media and Arizona Democrats.


From the start of the audit, Rogers noted that the capabilities of the audit had about doubled in the capacity, with a much increased number of paper inspection tables and counting tables, allowing far more votes to be audited in a shorter amount of time. The CEO of CyberNinjas, the company hired to conduct the audit, had informed the audience that the physical data collection would now be completed by the end of June, with the full report to follow “sometime later.”


With some questioning whether the audit would be “enough,” Rogers said that the results from the audit could potentially be “legally actionable,” as it would be able to determine whether errors were down to “accidental sloppiness” or deliberate intent. At the absolute minimum, the audit would be able to “inform legislation necessary to plug the gaps to restore the public’s confidence in Arizona’s elections.

Since May, much more evidence of election irregularities has been uncovered by the Maricopa County audit team.

LAA Voter Integrity Project: 157,299 Illegal Ballots Cast in Wisconsin Presidential Election



Look Ahead America’s Executive Director Matt Braynard has announced that they have discovered at least 157,299 illegal ballots cast in the Wisconsin presidential election.



The amount of ballots that they believe to have been illegally cast is about eight times the 20,000 vote margin of victory in the election.
According to their report, which was released on Tuesday, the organization has identified seven tranches of illegal ballots.

Tranche 1: Early and Absentee Ballots Cast In the Names of Voters (EABCINV) registered illegally.
Tranche 2: Voters Illegally Claiming Indefinite Confinement (IC) Status as a Reason to Vote
Absentee. Wisconsin did not allow the COVID-19 quarantine as a reason to claim
indefinitely confined status.
Tranche 3: EABCINV matched to permanent, out-of-state moves in the National Change of
Address Database (NCOA). At the time we processed this match in mid-November, the database
contained records as far back as four years prior to as recent as October 1, 2020.
Tranche 4: EABCINV matched to Out of State Subsequent Registrations (OOSSR) using our
national voter database (NVD). In these cases, the voter had registered in Wisconsin and
matched to voters subsequently registered in another state.
Tranche 5: Election Day Ballots Cast In the Names of Voters (EDBCINV) registered illegally.
Tranche 6: EDBCINV matched to the NCOA and OOSSR.
Tranche 7: Unmatchable Invalid Residencies Among EABCINV and EDBCINV


LAA noted that due to the limitations of time, budget, and the inability to access necessary government databases, they could only analyze the first four of seven tranches.

Five high-ranking Cuban generals dead in 10 days



Five high-ranking military leaders died in the span of just 10 days, according to the Cuban government ÔÇö though it's remained mum on the causes.


Brig. Gen. Armando Choy Rodriguez, 87, was the latest aging revolutionary to die, with Marta Abreu Central University announcing on Twitter that he passed away Monday.


Rodriguez was the founder of the ÔÇ£July 26 MovementÔÇØ in Las Villas, and an author and historian, WPLG-TV in Miami said.
Also on Monday, Manuel Eduardo Lastres Pacheco, a former general who served under Argentine Ernesto ÔÇ£CheÔÇØ Guevara during the revolution in the late 1950s, passed away, Cuban television confirmed.


Pacheco later served as commander of Cuba's eastern army.


On Saturday, Gen. Ruben Martinez Puente, a 79-year-old general in Cuba's army reserve and a controversial figure in the military, also died.

NHS Nurses tell expectant mother that they “will PCR test her baby once it’s born as it is no longer her property” when not in her abdomen



A video recorded by the partner of an expectant mother waiting to give birth in hospital has been released showing NHS nurses harassing the mother to consent to allowing them to perform a Covid-19 PCR test once the baby is born.



The expectant mother, who is clearly distressed at the request is told by the NHS nurses that they will perform the PCR test on the baby as it is no longer the mother’s property when not in her abdomen.


The intrusive PCR test involves sticking a swab as far up the nose as humanly possible and is an extremely uncomfortable procedure for adults, let alone new born babies.

A charity in the border town of La Joya, Texas, reportedly has rented an entire hotel to house illegal immigrants who have tested positive for COVID-19, giving no notification to the local community.
