Biden's EPA Awards Nearly $1 Billion in Climate Grants While at the Same Time Orders a Pause to Cleanup in East Palestine



There is something very wrong with the actions of the Biden government. Very Wrong. They are not for us, they are against us.



In the last two months, the Biden gang has awarded nearly $1 billion in grants related to climate initiatives. No one really knows what this means or who is receiving these grants but the money is being awarded.


The Daily Caller reported:

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced over $250 million in grants are available to fund plans for projects combating ÔÇ£climate pollutionÔÇØ on Wednesday, pushing the total number of climate grants announced this year to nearly $1 billion.


The funds include $3 million for every state, $1 million for each of the 67 most populated metropolitan areas and a total of $25 million to be distributed among Native American tribes, according to the EPA press release. The grants are among the first in President Joe Biden's new $5 billion Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program, which was created by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).


In total, the IRA allocated nearly $370 billion to fighting climate change. The act also includes, among other things, $80 million in additional funding for the Internal Revenue Service, $2o billion in incentives for farmers to not grow crops and $2.2 billion in reparations for black farmers.



ÔÇ£We know that tackling the climate crisis demands a sense of urgency to protect people and the planet,ÔÇØ said EPA Administrator Michael S. Regan in a statement. ÔÇ£President Biden's Inflation Reduction Act is a historic opportunity to provide communities across the country with the resources they need to protect people from harmful climate pollution and improve our economy. These Climate Pollution Reduction Grants are an important first step to equip communities with the resources to create innovative strategies that reduce climate emissions and drive benefits across the country.ÔÇØ

Where is this money going and into whose pockets? Based on who is awarding the grants, this is going to government grifters. It's actually jaw-dropping when you read it.


Now compare this to the EPA's actions in East Palestine, Ohio after the chemical spill and fire during this same time frame. The Billings Report shared the following a couple of days ago at the end of February:

Biden went so far as to have his FEMA deny them any financial aid until President Trump announced that he would be going there and the very next day, FEMA relented and agreed to do something. But, I have to believe their something will be next to nothing.



They are claiming that the air is fine now, even though others who have tested the air are raising alarms. In fact, the EPA has ordered a pause in the cleanup in East Palestine. Saturday night that the EPA ordered Norfolk Southern to pause the cleanup of the toxic train derailment that happened on February 3.



The EPA claims the stop will be ÔÇ£temporary.ÔÇØ What possible reason could you have for halting the cleanup of the toxic elements from the derailment?



East Palestine residents experiencing horrifying new symptoms resulting from the train derailment. One person says, his voice now sounds like Mickey Mouse. Residents are complaining of rashes and headaches since the train derailed. Thousands of animals have perished.

This morning the Biden gang ordered the Norfolk Southern to test for dioxin levels around Ohio's East Palestine where its train derailed last month which is something the EPA should have ensured from the start.


America is not the first priority for the current group running the US government. America is last with this group.

U.S. Announces Additional $400 Million in Military Aid to Ukraine



The United States announced a new military aid package for Ukraine on Friday worth $400 million primarily comprised of ammunition, but for the first time will include tactical bridges to move tanks and armored vehicles.

The bridges could be used by Ukrainian troops who have been training in "combined arms maneuver" warfare, which is the coordinated use of artillery shelling, alongside tank and armored vehicle attack movements, to retake territory seized by Russian forces since they invaded Ukraine a year ago.

Hunter Biden Linked to Chinese Military Company Now Aiding Russia in Ukraine War



A Chinese military company that was linked to Hunter Biden’s investment firm is now assisting the Russian military in the war in Ukraine, according to a report.


BHR Partners investment firm, where Hunter Biden was a board member and 10% stakeholder, worked with AVIC Automotive, a subsidiary of the Chinese state-owned Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), to purchase the Michigan-based Henniges Automotive in September 2015, according to the Washington Examiner.


As the Wall Street Journal reported on February 4, AVIC’s subsidiary, AVIC International Holding Corporation, in October shipped $1.2 million worth of parts for Russian Su035 jet fighters to sanctioned Russian defense giant Rostec’s subsidiary Kret.


The Biden administration in recent weeks has warned that China is contemplating military aid to Ukraine, making Hunter Biden’s connection to a Chinese military company providing assistance to Russia a potential political headache for the administration.

MASSIVE EXPLOSION at Indonesia’s Pertamina Fuel Storage Facility – At Least 15 Dead



A massive fire and explosion took place on Friday at Indonesia’s Pertamina Fuel Storage Facility.


Local citizens were filming the fire when the Pertamina facility exploded.


They can be heard screaming as the fuel storage facility exploded like a derailed toxic chemical railcars in East Palestine, Ohio.

Massive fires broke out at three Mexican-owned facilities, including one in Texas, last week.

Indonesian officials called for an investigation and an audit of state energy company Pertamina’s (PERTM.UL) facilities after a fire at its storage facility killed 15.


The fire, which started at around 8 pm (0100 GMT) on Friday from a fuel pipe at Pertamina’s Plumpang fuel storage depot in capital Jakarta, quickly spread to nearby houses and sent residents in the densely populated area into panic.


Authorities initially put the death toll at 17 but revised it later to 15. Dozens were injured and more than a thousand people were displaced, police said on Saturday.

The ÔÇ£National Cybersecurity StrategyÔÇØ aligns with, supports, and works in concert with a total U.S. surveillance system, where definitions of information are then applied to ÔÇ£cybersecurityÔÇØ and communication vectors. This policy is both a surveillance system and an information filtration prism where the government will decide what is information, disinformation, misinformation and malinformation, then act upon it.


In part, this appears to be a response to the revelations around government influence of social media, the Twitter Files. Now we see the formalization of the intent. The government will be the arbiter of truth and cyber security, not the communication platforms or private companies. This announcement puts the government in control.


All of the control systems previously assembled under the guise of the Dept of Homeland Security now become part of the online, digital national security apparatus. I simply cannot emphasis enough how dangerous this is, and the unspoken motive behind it; however, to the latter, you are part of a small select group who are capable of understanding what is in this announcement without me spelling it out.

The UK Lockdown Files: Text Messages Reveal How Top British Health Officials Conspired to “Scare the Pants Off Everyone” and Asking “When Do We Deploy the New Variant?”



The British Telegraph has obtained 100.000 text messages from former UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock, showing how the British government conspired to “frighten the pants off everyone” and asking “when do we deploy the new variant?”



The Telegraph received the WhatsApp messages from journalist Isabel Oakeshott, who wrote a book with Hancock called “The Pandemic Diaries”. They show former Health Secretary Matt Hancock discussing with his media advised Damon Poole on Dec. 13, 2020, who warned that Tory MPs were “furious already about the prospect” of stricter lockdown measures over Christmas and suggested “rather than doing too much forward signalling we can roll pitch with the new strain.”


“We frighten the pants off everyone with the new strain,” Hancock wrote back.


“Yep that’s what will get proper bahviour [sic] change,” Poole replied.


“When do we deploy the new variant?” Hancock asked.


“Been thinking about this and think we need to be more cautious. The strain that is,” Poole wrote back. “Think you made the point earlier, but we need to keep schools off paperwork / agenda.” The Christmas lockdown 2020 was surprisingly announced Dec. 19.



In Jan. 2021, Hancock was discussing further measures with Cabinet Secretary Simon Case, including “more mask wearing … in all settings outside home”. Case wrote that “the fear/guilt factor” is “vital” in getting more lockdown compliance.


“Basically, we need to get compliance up,” Case wrote, but said some measures – like a ban on fishing – “will be parodied galore if it looks like we have suddenly decided fishing is the first step towards tier 5!”
“I honestly wouldn’t move on any small things unless we move on a lot. The only big reamaining [sic] things are nurseries and workplaces,” Hancock wrote.


“I agree – I think that is exactly right. Small stuff looks ridiculous. Ramping up messaging – the fear/guilt factor vital”, Case replied.


In June 2021, Hancock had to step down as Health Secretary after photos emerged showing he had violated social distancing rule to pursue an extramarital affair with UK Department of Health employee Gina Coladangelo, who was earning ?ú15,000 a month. Hancock and Coladangelo were both married at the time and have since left their families.


Prime Minister Boris Johnson had to resign Sept. 6, 2022, over the so-called Partygate affair, after his employees held parties at 10 Downing Street as the country was ordered into complete lockdown.

SCOTUS Says Domestic Spying Is Too Secret To Be Challenged in Court


Officials shield government abuses from litigation by claiming “national security.” The Supreme Court declined to weigh in.



Abusive government behavior has again been found to be too sensitive to national security to face legal challenges in the court system. Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review a lower court's dismissal of the Wikimedia Foundation's lawsuit against a National Security Agency surveillance program revealed a decade ago by Edward Snowden. With "state secrets privilege" barring litigation, that leaves upcoming congressional debates over renewal of the law authorizing the program as the only recourse for civil liberties advocates.


"The U.S. Supreme Court today denied the Wikimedia Foundation's petition for review of its legal challenge to the National Security Agency's (NSA) 'Upstream' surveillance program," Wikimedia announced February 21. "Under this program, the NSA systematically searches the contents of internet traffic entering and leaving the United States, including Americans' private emails, messages, and web communications. The Supreme Court's denial leaves in place a divided ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, which dismissed Wikimedia's case based on the government's assertion of the 'state secrets privilege.'"


"This decision is a blow to the rule of law," commented Alex Abdo, of the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University, which worked with
Wikimedia and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). "The government has now succeeded in insulating from public judicial review one of the most sweeping surveillance programs ever enacted. If the courts are unwilling to hear Wikimedia's challenge, then Congress must step in to protect Americans' privacy by reining in the NSA's mass surveillance of the internet."


The "Upstream" surveillance program at issue collects "communications 'to, from, or about'" a foreign target designated under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, according the NSA. In the clearer language of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, "upstream surveillance involves collecting communications as they travel over the Internet backbone, and downstream surveillance (formerly PRISM) involves collection of communications from companies like Google, Facebook, and Yahoo."
