Soros-Funded DA Alvin Bragg CAUGHT HIDING Nearly 600 Pages of Exculpatory Evidence from NY Grand Jury in Trump Case



Attorney Robert Costello, the former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, spoke to Tucker Carlson on Monday night after he testified to the Manhattan Grand Jury investigating President Donald Trump.


Costello told the FOX News audience that he testified for two hours in front of Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan Grand Jury.


Robert Costello told Tucker Carlson, “I spoke to the jury for two hours… It was clear to me the Manhattan Grand Jury did not want to get to the truth.”


And it now is being reported that New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg was HIDING exculpatory evidence from the Grand Jury!


According to FOX News legal mind Gregg Jarrett, Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg HID nearly 600 pages of exculpatory evidence to the New York Grand Jury investigating President Trump.

Gregg Jarrett: I mentioned it yesterday, I think, when Bob Costello got into that Grand Jury room and told them, “Wait a minute. You don’t have the hundreds of pages I handed over to Alvin Bragg over here?

You only have six cherry-picked documents?” You know, hiding from grand juries exculpatory information is reprehensible and unconscionable. And the conduct of Alvin Bragg and his henchman Mark Pomeranz, who specifically says in his book, “We’re targeting zombies because we don’t like his beliefs,” those guys should face disbarment proceedings.

Once again the REAL crooks reveal themselves.


And Jarrett is right. If there was a real justice system in the country, they should be disbarred.

REPORT: DOJ Embedded an FBI Informant Inside the DEFENSE TEAM of Non-Violent Jan 6 Prisoner and Former US Marine Zachary Rehl


The government’s fabricated case against the Proud Boys was suspended a week ago after the defense attorneys were accidentally given information from DOJ lawyers that shows the US government was deleting evidence, hiding documents and spying on the prisoners while they were speaking with their attorneys.


Of course, all of those actions are illegal.


But the latest development today tops all of the previous lawless actions of the FBI and Department of Justice.


100 Percent Fed Up reports – The amazing investigative reporter Julie Kelly of American Greatness, who has done more to expose the corruption behind the January 6th convictions and treatment of January 6th prisoners than almost anyone, has just dropped a massive bombshell that should shake every American to their core.


According to Kelly, the DOJ has embedded an FBI agent in the defense team of the non-violent Jan. 6th prisoner, former US Marine Zachary Rehl. Rehl has been imprisoned since January 6. His real crime is that he’s a member of the “Proud Boys.”



In her first of a series of four tweets, Kelly reported that a new motion has just been filed by the defense in the Proud Boys trial accusing the DOJ of using an FBI informant to spy on and infiltrate the defense team of Zachary Rehl.

Walmart to Charge Customers 42 Cents Per Shopping Bag Starting March 28 to Tackle Climate Crisis


On March 28, 2023, Walmart will begin charging 42 cents per bag for delivery orders and 10 cents per bag for pickup or in-store purchases in the state of New Jersey.


However, some plastic bags, such as those used in the following situations, are exempt from the prohibition on single-use bags:

• Bags used solely for wrapping uncooked meat, fish or poultry
• Bags used solely for containing loose items such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, coffee or baked goods
• Bags used solely for delivering newspapers
• Laundry or dry-cleaning bags
• Bags sold in packages containing multiple bags intended for use as garbage or pet waste bags.

This move is part of Walmart’s efforts to comply with New Jersey’s ban on single-use plastic shopping bags that took effect on May 4, 2022.


“New Jersey retail stores, grocery stores and food service businesses may not provide or sell single-use plastic carryout bags and polystyrene foam food service products. Single-use paper carryout bags are allowed to be provided or sold, except by grocery stores equal to or larger than 2500 square feet, which may only provide or sell reusable carryout bags. After November 4, 2021, plastic straws may be provided only upon the request of the customer,” according to the law.


The prohibition was put in place to combat climate change by decreasing plastic pollution and increasing the use of reusable bags.


Several other states have also prohibited single-use plastics like California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, New York, Oregon, and Vermont to reduce pollution.

On January 1, all Walmart stores in Colorado stopped the use of paper and plastic bags.


And as of January 18, no New York or Connecticut locations are able to provide single-use bags.


But, Walmart isn’t the only retailer banning single-use bags – Kroger also eliminated them in Virginia back in October.


New York-based grocery store, Wegmans, also banned single-use plastic bags at its Virginia and North Carolina locations.


The store will offer paper bags to shoppers – however, it comes at a cost of five cents apiece.


Meanwhile, Aldi already removed plastic bags from about 500 stores with the goal to phase them out at all 2,200 locations.

Eyedrops Sold In Drug Stores Nationwide Are Contaminated With Deadly Bacterial ‘Superbug’: MANUFACTURED IN INDIA – 3 People Die After Using Artificial Tears Products, 8 Lose Vision, 4 Have Eyeballs Surgically Removed


Public health authorities are investigating an outbreak of bacterial infections across the United States caused by over-the-counter eyedrops contaminated with a rare “extensively drug-resistant” bacterial superbug.


At least 68 patients in 16 states are suffering from severe side effects after using Artificial Tear eyedrops that were infected with a rare strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention announced on Tuesday.


Last month, Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops, a product used to lubricate dry eyes, was recalled by its manufacturer Global Pharma Healthcare. The drops were distributed by EzriCare and Delsam Pharma and sold at drug stores nationwide, including CVS, Walmart, Target, and Amazon.


The eyedrops are MADE IN INDIA!


According to OkayBliss:

The CDC advised people who have developed eye infections after using EzriCare Artificial Tears to seek medical attention. The symptoms include discharge from the eye, eye pain, and increased sensitivity to light.


In response to the CDC’s advisory, the eye drops manufacturer recalled the product.


EzriCare is manufactured by Global Pharma Healthcare, an Indian Company

Global Pharma Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company based in Tamilnadu, India, manufactures EzriCare Artificial Tears.


The private limited company was incorporated on 16th June 1986. Global Pharma Healthcare’s directors are Juma Venkatesh, Balakrishnan Rajendran, and Manickam Kamalakannan.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a bacteria resistant to standard antibiotics, is commonly linked to outbreaks in hospitals in India, where Global Pharma Healthcare is based. The bacteria is known to spread through contaminated hands or medical equipment.


Patients who are noticing symptoms of an eye infection must get medical care “immediately,” the CDC warns.


Symptoms of an eye infection include, “yellow, green, or clear discharge from the eye, eye pain or discomfort, redness of the eye or eyelid, feeling of something in your eye (foreign body sensation), Increased sensitivity to light, Blurry vision,” the government agency notes.


The CDC initially warned the public to stop using EzriCare Artificial Tears and Desalm Pharma’s Artificial Tears and Ointment in January after bottles used by infected patients were found to contain the lethal bacteria.


States where patients are experiencing infections after using the drops include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.


Three people reportedly died after using Artificial eyedrops infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa.


At least eight individuals who used the bacteria-laced eyedrops lost their vision while four individuals required surgery to remove their eyes.


Clara Oliva, a 68-year-old who is now registered as legally blind, had her right eye removed in September allegedly and replaced with a plastic implant after using EzriCare Artificial Tears, Daily Mail reports. Oliva is suing Global Pharma Healthcare over the irreparable damages.

The city of Philadelphia has announced an agreement to pay a $9.25 million settlement in connection with the police response to protests after the death of George Floyd in 2020. While dozens were killed and billions of dollars of damage were done during the riots that raged across America for weeks in the summer of 2020, it is the participants themselves who will be paid restitution by the government.


Law and order in the United States have now descended to a level of anarcho-tyranny in which the government funds rioters with the tax money of their victims. The slow death of the rule of law in America would be ugly enough, but what we are witnessing instead is the twisted, grimacing corpse of a system that was once designed to protect the safety of Americans now being used to punish us for disagreeing with our political elites.




The breakdown of law and order is common in nations that are in a general state of collapse. As the Constitution reminds us, the primary duties of a government include establishing justice and ensuring domestic tranquility. A nation that delivers neither will usually exhibit a wider range of systemic failures that would doom the larger civic project.


America, however, is perfectly capable of collecting taxes, surveilling its citizens, and fighting a proxy war against a nuclear-armed opponent in order to maintain a global empire. The destruction of rule of law by our leadership class does not seem to be a product of general incompetence, but a specifically engineered outcome designed to terrorize the average citizen. Conservative commentator Samuel Francis coined the term “anarcho-tyranny” to describe a state that is still capable of performing most of its essential functions, but intentionally chooses to use the selective enforcement of the justice system to punish law-abiding citizens while rewarding the criminal actions of its political supporters.

Sniper rifle falls off roof during Buffalo St. Patrick’s Day parade



A police officer’s sniper rifle fell off the roof of a building during the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Buffalo, according to multiple reports.




Buffalo police confirmed to WIVB that the gun fell off of the roof at 560 Delaware Avenue at the corner of Allen Street on Sunday. Photos showed an officer looking over the edge of the building at the rifle on the ground after the incident.




No injuries were reported. The gun narrowly missed parade-goers and a hot dog stand, according to WGRZ. Another police officer quickly secured the weapon and removed it from the scene before the parade arrived at the location.






Buffalo police said an investigation is ongoing, but it’s believed a heavy gust of wind caused the rifle, a tripod and a weighted bag to fall from its perch and off the roof. The incident occurred while a Buffalo SWAT officer was conducting routine surveillance as part of the parade’s security measures.






“This is something that doesn’t happen. I don’t ever recall hearing something like this ever happening,” Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia told WIVB.






“If protocol was followed and yet that still happened then we have to look into other policies and procedures to make sure nothing like this ever happens again,” Gramaglia added.






A legal analyst told WIVB a civil lawsuit is unlikely because there were no injures. Law enforcement officials told the Buffalo TV station that the gun would not have fired from falling to the ground.






Gramaglia told WGRZ that he does not believe the officer mishandled the firearm — “it’s not that it was physically being handled, it wasn’t dropped” — but would await the results of an internal investigation to determine if changes in protocol are required.
