Suspect Who Fatally Shoved Man Onto Minneapolis Light Rail Released Without Charges





The suspect who fatally shoved a man onto a Minneapolis Light Rail last week was released without charges.


Last Saturday around 1 am, Minneapolis police responded to calls about a man who had become trapped under a train at the Hennepin Avenue/Warehouse District station.




According to reports, the victim was pushed onto the Minneapolis Light Rail after an argument with another man and was crushed by an oncoming train.


The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene.


Video of the horrific murder shows the suspect, Daquan Stephen Rogers, 29, shove the victim onto the train tracks.

Daquan Stephen Rogers was released without charges after fatally shoving the victim onto the train tracks!


According to Crime Watch Minneapolis, the Hennepin County Attorney released Daquan Stephen Rogers even though he is on video fatally pushing/punching the victim onto the train tracks.


Crime Watch Minneapolis also reported there is another open case against Daquan Rogers involving brawling charged by Metro Transit last month and a HISTORY OF CASES INVOLVING TRANSIT CRIME.


“Of course, he was tossed plea deals in the assault cases dismissing the violent crime charges. Free to go on his merry way.” Crime Watch Minneapolis said.

House Ethics Committee Concludes 2-Year Investigation into Eric Swalwell’s Affair with Chinese Spy Fang Fang – Says No Further Action Will Be Taken



The House Ethics Committee has officially concluded its two-year investigation into allegations that Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) engaged in an affair with honeypot and Chinese spy Christine Fang, also known as Fang Fang.


Recall, a Chinese spy raised money for Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell and planted an “intern” in his congressional office.


A Chinese national named Fang Fang, AKA, Christine Fang targeted politicians in California between 2011 and 2015 at the direction of China’s internal spy agency and even had intimate relationships with two Midwestern mayors, according to Axios.




According to Fang’s friends, she was in her late 20s or early 30s when she enrolled at a Bay Area university and began to target politicians and gather intelligence at the direction of China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS).



Fang was a “bundler” for Eric Swalwell and other Democrat candidates but it is also believed the Chinese spy and honeypot had an intimate relationship with Swalwell.


Tucker Carlson’s team reached out to Swalwell’s office and asked if Swalwell had an intimate relationship with honeypot and spy Christine Fang and they replied they couldn’t comment because that information could be “classified.”


Despite this Chinese spy scandal, Swalwell remains on the House Intelligence Committee (thanks to Pelosi) and has access to some of the nation’s most highly classified information.


In a statement released on Monday signed by the House Committee on Ethics Chairman Michael Guest (McCarthy appointee) and Ranking member Susan Wild, the committee declared that no further action would be taken in connection with the probe that commenced in April 2021.


The committee concluded that there was insufficient evidence to support the allegations that Swalwell “violated House Rules, laws, or other standards of conduct in connection with your interactions with Ms. Christine Fang.”

As you are aware, on April 9, 2021, the Committee on Ethics (Committee) informed you that it had determined to investigate allegations raised in the complaint that you may have violated House Rules, laws, or other standards of conduct in connection with your interactions with Ms. Christine Fang. The Committee will take no further action in this matter.


The Committee has previously reviewed allegations of improper influence by foreign
agents and in doing so, cautioned that Members should be conscious of the possibility that foreign governments may attempt to secure improper influence through gifts and other interactions. We encourage you to contact the Office of House Security for any guidance on steps you can take to prevent or address such attempts.


It is not our intention to release this letter publicly unless you make public statements regarding this matter that are inconsistent with the spirit and purpose of this letter.

Following the committee’s decision to conclude the investigation, Swalwell released a statement saying “It’s time to move on.”


“Nearly 10 years ago I assisted the FBI in their counterintelligence investigation of a campaign volunteer. The case and my assistance were briefed to Republican Speaker of the House, John Boehner, and two years later, Republican Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, re-appointed me to the House Intelligence Committee. Neither Speaker questioned my actions nor politicized my cooperation. Despite the FBI repeatedly saying I was nothing but helpful and never accused of wrongdoing, this complaint was filed by a House Republican,” Swalwell said in a statement Tuesday.


“It’s time to move on. The bipartisan House Ethics Committee had this case for over two years. They had the power of subpoena. They received answers from me in response to requests for information. Today, they are closing this matter and did not make a finding of any wrongdoing.”


“If the intent in bringing this complaint and leveling false smears was to silence me that is not going to happen. I will continue to be a voice on behalf of my constituents and a passionate defender of democracy,” he concluded.

John Durham Will Testify Before House Judiciary Committee Wednesday, June 21


Special Counsel John Durham previously submitted his 306-page report on Matters Related to the Intelligence Community Efforts in the 2016 Election [pdf HERE]. There is also a 48-page classified appendix available to cleared members of Congress.


On Tuesday June 20th, Durham will deliver a classified briefing to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI); the following day, Wednesday June 21st, Durham will testify in a public setting before the House Judiciary Committee.



WASHINGTON DC – Special Counsel John Durham will testify in front of the House Judiciary Committee about his report in June, a source has told Fox News on Friday.


The hearing will happen on Wednesday, June 21. The day before, Durham will appear before the House Intelligence Committee in a closed-door briefing.


Durham has found that the Department of Justice and FBI “failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law” when it launched the Trump-Russia investigation. (read more)


We have a little less than a month to assemble questions for both the classified (HPSCI) briefing, and the public (HJC) hearing.


If you have traveled the deep weeds and have a specific line of questioning you think might be pertinent to either committee 😉, I am including the Republican names of both the HPSCI and HJC below. The HPSCI members can ask anything – including questions directly related to classified intelligence. The HJC members will not be limited in their questions but might find a non-answer in return to anything considered classified.


The FISA silo would likely fall into the classified questioning, depending on the specifics of the inquiry. Questions involving the CIA and/or ODNI involvement may also be best explored in the HPSCI briefing.

Charges Dropped Against Sai Kandula – The East Asian Migrant Terrorist with Nazi Flag Who Tried to Ram White House and Take Over the Country


Last Monday night, one week ago, a young migrant from Chesterfield, Missouri drove a U-Haul truck and attempted to ram his way through a White House barrier. his plot failed and police arrested the young man in shorts. Police investigators then pulled an apparent Nazi flag from a U-Haul truck after the crash near the White House and laid it on the street for photographers. It was a white supremacist attack!


As Kristinn Taylor reported — Eyewitnesses say the truck was driven twice into a barrier before stopping. The incident took place at the north side of Lafayette Park at 16th and H St, NW. Police laid out the flag on the sidewalk near the truck, apparently for the media to film, before folding it up and taking it away.


Internet users immediately were suspect. The only thing they found in the truck was a Nazi flag? This was too convenient for Joe Biden and the FBI’s narrative of the dreaded white supremacist threat in America. It smelled like another fed operation.




Local FOX 5 on Tuesday identified the driver on Tuesday morning.



Sai Varshith Kandula – a 19-year-old man from Chesterfield, Missouri, a suburb west of St. Louis was the terrorist.

U.S. Park Police say Sai Varshith Kandula of Chesterfield, Missouri, was taken into custody at the scene. Kandula faces multiple charges including assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, the threat to kill, kidnap, or inflict bodily harm on a President, Vice President, or family, destruction of federal property, and trespassing.

Officials released his name Tuesday. No one was injured in the crash.

Sai Kandula graduated from Marquette High School in West St. Louis. He has a limited internet profile.

Government prosecutors asked Judge Meriweather to order Kandula held because the crime he is accused of is one of “violence” and because he is a flight risk.


The government told the court Kandula is not a US citizen but did not specify where he is from.

On Friday DC prosecutors dropped all of the serious charges against Sai Kandula who said he was attempting to overthrow the White House.


These are the same prosecutors who are sending Trump supporters to prison for several years for touching a metal sign Ray Epps was hurling at police.

Something extraordinary happened — prosecutors dropped every single charge, leaving Kandula with nothing but “a single count of depredation of property of the United States in excess of $1,000,” the Post notes.


Critics want to know why.

I cannot express how incredibly criminal this debt deal is. Understand, 75% of the American people wanted no debt limit increase without budget cuts or no debt limit increase AT ALL. 15% of the people wanted to flat out default to get it over with and 60% didn’t want to increase the debt limit without significant cuts in spending. Seventy-five percent of the people backed the original House bill or more extreme measures than that and McCarthy came back with some Democrat give away. Oh, they got all of the talking points covered to explain to the 75% who think they’re retarded, why they are not, but it’s all just cover.


Of the $80 billion that was to fund the weaponized IRS, a whole $1.8 billion was cut. That’s nearly 3%! Holy cow! That’ll really make a statement to the bureau! As Mike Lee, Senator from Utah recently said on Don Bongino, “that’s a rounding error.” This lets them go on Oprah and talk about the $1.8 billion they cut from the IRS budget.


While this is obviously important to the 75% of the American people who wanted something drastically different, it’s just as important to the people who hold American treasuries, who look at the dollar with suspicion as it is, but with this deal it signifies that the American Government is insanely pursuing a print and spend agenda that will drive their investments in the dollar into the ground. In fact, it’s likely to drive them to dump the treasuries that they own and buy into the BRICs, system. Some sources have already reported that this is taking place.


This is existential. There’s no other way to categorize it. What they have done is take a bill that allowed for a $1.4 trillion dollar extension to the government debt and turned it into somewhere around $4 trillion between now and January of 2025. Nations will be dumping treasuries like Joe Six-Pack dumps a tranny at the local watering hole.
