    The concept
design a youtube channel just for pwc/ jetskis. Ok nothing new there and there are hundreds out there already. But lets centralise content from different channels and contributors into one jetski related channel.
for example we have contributor A, a well respected person within the industry that has their own channel, but would like to share some content on the jetski channel. They would have to be registered or approved to upload content, but how do you deal with the small guy who just has a few pwc videos in their catalogue and you dont have the confidence to give them full access.
then there is the issue if contributors share content how can you make sure it also improves their own channels like and share ratio.

maybe not explained the best but it would be nice to have a jetski related channel combining loads of different users content

Maybe you could do a "review" channel of sorts? You know, like YOU host a "program" where you inform YOUR viewers of what's happening on your favorites' channels. But then you have to be careful about copyright claims even though it does not violate copyright laws to do commentary or satire. But you'd also have to make sure that you don't just give away everything about the other people's videos so that viewers will still go to their channel and watch there.

For instance, this guy reviews nomads. Maybe something like this?

Wouldn't you need someone to be an administrator to approve content?

Copyright infringement was the thing that concerned me importing others content. We kicked it off on youtube @Jetski TV. Its totally amateur hour at the minute as we are on ropey old go pros. It will improve, i am not interested in making a single brass razoo out of it so it will never be a discovery channel lol

you can find pretty good audio (songs and stuff to use) on a couple websites. some are way more pricey than others. I use Audiio.com and was able to get a lifetime license for like $200
I havent made a video in almost 2 years though. sucks flying the drone and not actually getting to ride.

YouTube also has a catalog of FREE music their creators can use. Here's an example with my own shameless plug for my channel:
