Some questions I still have after reading the article, if anyone can help me. One, do you have to oil them like the car/red K&N filters (after wash)? Two, I'm guessing no tune required for this, but the article does say it'll help performance...Is this true (or detectable)? Lastly, is there a warranty for "this filter will last the life of your vehicle"? Looks like a good deal/something I'll pick up.

In the video, they do mention to oil them after cleaning them. More air typically means better performance, but I highly doubt you will "feel" it.

It clearly increases the airflow. Again, watch the video and you will see the difference between the factory and this replacement. I am getting one as I did a stage 1 tune and would like more air flow, but I don't want to do anything to the factory setup so to speak until my ski has more hours on it (or probably ever as I am not trying to break speed records). This should help without having to do the powerfilter upgrade for a Stage 1 +.

In the end, it can't hurt anything for sure.

Hozzle answered it. The biggest upgrades you can do to improve air flow to your engine (besides completely removing the airbox) is remove the air ribbon (behind the throttle body) and this air filter.
