It seems quite the group is going.. What/where are good places to stay? And in regards to the launch point most people use, is that area vehicle rape free? I don't know the area but would hate to get back and see things stolen or trashed...

I've always wondered this. Leaving my vehicle there for up to a week seems scary. I don't have a galvanized trailer so I was also thinking my painted trailer may start to rust after being dipped in salt water and sitting there for a while. As much as I'd love to do this, I'm not certain my wife could handle it even though she'd love to do it also. She's had a herniated disc recently, having that flare up in the middle of the ocean could be a horrible problem. This is still on my bucket list for sure though.

Send her on the ferry and do it you will have a blast. I have gone 3 times now and another friend 5 times and no one has ever messed with our vehicle. There are actually plenty of ramps with lots with 24 hour security you can use.

Might re-visit this trip in 2018 after our botched 2016 attempt! Never too early to start planning.

We have a trip planned to Bimini in early May, staying 6 nights, with about 15 ski's. We have 2 houses and a condo rented. This will be my second trip over.
