Thanks, Billy! Yeah, I called the number, sent proof in an e-mail that was ignored. Then when they came at me again, I sent the pics again. Now I get a letter saying that they have "denied" my motion. Also got a letter from a collections company.

At the moment I'm on hold with Miami-Dade. Funny, when the call started I was number 22 in line and the wait time was 19 minutes. Now, I'm the NEXT call to be answered and my wait time is 24 minutes.

So finally somebody answered! They told me that all I could do is appeal again. So I did. Within a few days I received a notification in the mail that my appeal had been granted. Whew! It only took almost a year to get this shit cleared up.
