He ended up getting condo and slip at resort world for $1700 for 7 nights as he is coming home a day earlier than everyone else.

Just thought share if anyone cared.
We are planning a trip around the end of May (contingent of weather). I know many prefer to cross with a boat present. The wife, myself and hopefully another couple will be joining us for a 7-9 day Bahamas cruise on a Pursuit 2870. She cruises about 32 and tops out around 47. Did it solo on a ski and promised the wife I'd take her, so leaving the ski at home this time.

Extra fuel containers, well secured, and some way to refuel the PWC even if water conditions are not smooth.
Clamps for PWC cooling hoses, as some models require clamping before being towed at speed. I carry one hose pinch plier style clamp on each of my PWC.
I prefer to have a 'tow valve' installed inline in the correct hose in each watercraft. Finding and clamping the correct hose under the seat can be challenge in rough water. The less time spent messing about under the seat and behind the engine the better.
Be able to tow more than one failed PWC.
On board capacity for people from at least two failed PWC. Murphy's law says that would be four extra people on the boat.
