The core upgrades I would suggest would be Solas impeller, Riva Gen 2 intake grate, and the Riva MaptunerX tune kit (with MaptunerX device and one tune licence included).

Solas impeller has better grip on the water, less cavitation during hard acceleration and better overall.

Riva Gen 2 intake grate really locks the hull to the water and reports are much better launch thrust, better hull tracking at speed. Top speed may be reduced a tad compared to Riva Gen 1 intake grate. I purchased two of the Gen 2 intake grates, to be installed this spring.

MaptunerX is convenient and easy to use. Change tunes in a few minutes, select from all tunes for the SVHO engine in GP1800R. I am currently using the Low Octane Stage 1 Plus tune for GP1800 SVHO. Low Octane in Riva terms means 91 octane. The 'normal' Stage 1 Plus tune wants 93 octane.

Mostly from GH store. Support the forum and Jerry offers excellent service should issues arise.

Support and service matters more than slightly lower prices from elsewhere.

There is a PWC service shop in GTA that I can recommend. Service, repair and performance upgrades. Well regarded by many PWC racers.

Just posting places that have 91 octane at the dock. This is all I've found so far, once I get my ski plan on doing some more exploring.
