Bachelor party ideas

Coming from NJ/PA/NY area for a bachelor party. It'll be next March, so we are in search of warmer weather. Not all of us are ski fanatics, but 3/10 or so are. Bachelor requires beer and being on the water. Thoughts? Destin? Key West? Tampa/Sarasota?
We are both boaters and ski people and would love to do both. Ideas?
