Looking for a local shop/member for new gauge cluster to ECM sync. TAMPA

Hello and happy Easter. I have a 2006 GTI SE, and looking for a shop or personal helpful friend to sync my new gauge cluster to my ECM. BRP won't touch it because they said it's too old- I'm in the tampa area. Anyone know a local shop/forum member that would do this?
