gp1200r reeds

got a gp1200r 2000 .
been running carbon tech reeds .
whey went bad started to breakup.
have a set of OEM reeds .
which is better OEM or carbon ?
please let me know please

They say the carbon reeds will get you a few more RPM and better throttle response. But longevity it the trade off. We went with factory reeds.
