Hold your nose, sign up to FB and FB Messenger, but limit its access into your world to the minimum. No unnecessary access to your iPhone Contacts list, for example (FB tends to inhale the entire contacts list and then leverage it to learn more about everybody else you know).
Thank you Sir...May have to bite the FB bullet...I REALLY want to do this, now just have to sort out the how.

Well, I'm kinda in the same boat, so to speak...It's 24 hours regular drive time (no towing) to get to the launching point of the June (9th, I believe) 2023 trip I saw planned on FB...I don't have FB, but came here trying to see if this trip was still on, and what my options would be...I VERY much want to do this trip, and without any friends in the hobby, would LOVE to go up with this group if anyone knows how to do that (other than FB, which I may have to sign up for just for this purpose). I'd love to somehow use my FXSVHO, but if it made sense would rent/maybe fly in (but how would I get a renal on the water without truck)...or maybe ship my ski over there...I don't know, still trying to piece this together, but this is very high on my radar and 2DO list (and close to a round-number bday, so this is my present to myself)...If anyone out there in FL has any insight or can help me on this matter, please let me know. I hope it's not against the forum rules to post the link (If it is, I very much apologize and mods please remove it). I JUST found this link yesterday, so please forgive my lack of research on it thus far.

***We have no more jet ski slots available*** On behalf of our team, I would like to express our appreciation for your interest in joining us on our trip. However, for the safety and enjoyment of all...
