Engine Rebuilders in NJ, any recommendations??

Hey guys.... I am looking for a shop in NJ that does engine rebuilding. I have a 2006 Yamaha GPR1300. I've talked to a few shops who want to do the SBT engines. I'm a little reluctant to do SBT.

Maybe even a small local shop is fine, I am ok with buying the parts my self and maybe just paying labor as well. I just want it done right. Any suggestions??

I am in Middletown but I'll drive anywhere in the state. I am considering just bringing to Carl at Island Racing, but kind of don't want to go to Long Island I hate that drive...

use only OEM gaskets and crank if needed.
