Same to you Tim and thanks for everything.
We gotta do this on an annual basis.

Its too bad that Mako got away.

I just had Blue Breakfast and Blue Brunch. The first one I broiled with chips and the second round I cut the red out, seasoned, and then broiled and ate with some vegetables.
I still have alot left for dinner and was thinking about blackened with a glass of Johnny Blue
If you read this pass me that recipe.

Go to the store and buy some blackening seasoning.... Personally I like old bay blackening seasoning.

Cut about a 4" x 4" piece of meat about 1/2" thick. This should be easy with the size of fish we were catching.

Cover each side with a generous amount of seasoning.

Melt about a teaspoon or two of butter in a frying pan on high heat.

Place the meat in the pan let it sit one side for about 4 mins and then flip and let the other side sit for 4-5 mins.

                Eat and enjoy....

Also good for Tuna, Mahi, Shark, and most other fishes that you can get a nice thick piece of.

I have even done this to chicken and steak.

some of our catch... I know the pic sucks.... It's blurry

They look small in the pic... They were from about 25"-30".
