I wanted to move further west and I saw all the water at Lake of the Ozarks. Haven't been there yet. Plan on visiting for a week to see how we like it. I want a home on the water so I can just go out and jump on my boat or ski whenever I feel like it.

If that's what you are looking for then you should be very happy there. Find yourself a nice place tucked way back in a cove so you can hide from the madness.

As someone said you should check out table rock also. Has just as much water and much cleaner and even on the busy weekends can find flat water to ride on. As far as lake front it is a corps lake so they own the frontage but lots of places to walk 100 or so feet and jump on the ski or boat. I have friends on both lakes funny how the ones that live on loto come to table rock to ride with us.UNISHIPPERS is the source to ship motors, skis, etc. Call I can probably set you in the right direction.
