Those are both fun rides!! Ridden the wisco from castle rock dam to sippi...throughout last summer. Did the spring green to sippi up to lynxville L&D one day...was a fun ride!!!
Even when wi river is low, still doable just gotta read the river watch the sandbars.
If ya want scenic, HIGHLY recommended the lake wi run to dells dam an back! Lots of kayaks an tubes floating down last 1/4 to dam..kinda go slower that area..an the jet boats make some big wake to jump
Is a rocky wing dam to watch for when water is lower below the dells...sign saying no rentals past this point
    Any ?? Let me know

My wife and I are VERY interested. I just need dates. I do have some slotted vacation time July 22-27! But as long as I get some heads up I should be okay to make it happen.

Excellent, we have some interest. Now to pick a date. I'm going to suggest a Saturday ride with Sunday if some want to make an overnight excursion. If we plan for something late June to July then the Covid-19 may be diminished enough (allowing for some food and drink establishments to be open) but not too late in the Summer for very low water level possibilities. From past experience I know Independence Day weekend is crowded on the water and sandbars - so skip that too.
            A. June 27-28
            B. July 11-12
            C. July 18-19
            D. July 25-26

Reply back to the group with any of the weekends you would be interested in. And rank them if you want. Once we pick a date we can continue planning.

So far, I can make any of those weekends.
              In preference order: July 18-19 , July 25-26, July 11-12, June 27-28
I'm thinking June might be too early based world Reality and the "safer on the Water" order
I'm trying to talk my wife into coming along, it's not working, so I might be solo on my VX.
(I normally ride in Lake Michigan, Racine to Kenosha or to Milwaukee)

After looking closer at my schedule I can only make A&C. C, would be better for me on my CURRENT schedule(I am completely in the blind about how long this schedule will last due to COVID-19). But I will say that if I am available to make the ride I will absolutely be there.

Thanks to @Yamabolt for getting this together. Let's try and spread the word?

Let’s hope the water level on the Wisconsin comes up. Pretty low now.
look forward to meeting some new riders!

Water was low on Sunday (11.64 feet at Portage) but we managed to get through from Portage to the the Dells. We saw other groups of 4 and 3 skis go by.
