Group ride on Upper Mississippi River

Hey Jeff, Good to see ya back on a ski!!
Made some ski changes myself
Been awhile...surprised we didnt run into you guys this past Saturday. 3 of us rode from spring green wi, down the WI river up to lynxville L&D an back. About 160 miles RT!
Honestly 1st time back on the sippi since last September..
Usually stick to wi river farther E an lake wi up to the dells area.
Hopefully b4 the season ends I can make it on a group ride!

I would like to do this ride sometime when the water is high. Maybe this spring?

There is a National Weather Service official Wisconsin River Level at Muscoda, WI (down river from Spring Green)

As of Feb 13, 2020 the level 2.57'. Data can be downloaded for past dates so if you know when the river flowed good enough for PWCs then we could use the above link as an advanced guide.

Group ride planned August 6th & 7th. leaving Prairie du Chien, WI on Thursday August 6th at 10:00 am and riding to Dubuque, IA. Staying the night at the Grand Harbor Resort and riding back to PDC on Friday August 7th. This is only about 60 miles one way. Will travel through 2 locks.
We currently have 11 skis going (17 people).
