I purchased a 2022 GTX 300 limited last spring. The dealership I purchased it from CYCLES 128 in Beverly, MA could not have been worse if they tried, from the deposit to service things got worse. I spoke to the manager and he apologized and basically offered to shrink wrap my ski for free. In doing so they managed to burn my hull with the heat gun on BOTH sides about 6 inches. I noticed it when I brought it home and immediately returned to the dealership. Again they apologize and say they are going to take it to a hull repair specialist they work with. They refuse to provide me with any information on where it is or who is doing the work. If anyone knows who they use please let me know. I didn't file a claim with my insurance company initially, But I am looking for advice on if I should file a claim at this point. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
