  • Florida riding?

Coming to florida for a week, April 10-15. Staying in inverness again. Last year rode withalacoochee river, local lakes, some ocean by hernando beach.
    Couple rides I was thinking,

    Lake George to silver glen..
Tarpon springs to anclote state park..
Any thoughts or best landings to use, or other ideas?
    Thanks

When we go to Glen Springs, we put in at Ed Stone Park
Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in Google Maps.

Another ride is the "Train Depot" (Leesburg) to "Silver Springs" (we will be doing this soon).

Also, depending on how far South you plan to drive but Kissimmee river is nice and twisty. Start off at "locks access" or "Istokpoga ramps" is where I prefer. You can ride that to "River Ranch" for gas and food (you will need gas to make it back).

IMO, no trip to Florida is complete without a ride in the (crystal clear) ocean on the South East coast, between Stuart to upper Keys.
