Hey all. Was wondering how the jet ski scene is on lake Norman. I'm up on long island and may be coming to the area before the summer ends. Are there any groups or clubs ? Any racing done on this lake ? Thanks in advance for the info.

There are some groups that ride. Look up jet ski fanatics. There is a group ride Aug. 26 from dam to dam.

Hey Wakejunkie, you might want to clear & clean your browser. I had that same Photo bucket ad show up a on all the emails I was writing. Not good. I did that and it got rid of it.

I'm going to be putting a ride together sometime in the next month or so from Goldsboro all the way down to New Bern.

Should be a good ride for that distance. I prefer to stay on local lakes around Raleigh. Mainly Falls Lake on the north side. The photobucket is stupid policy on their third party hosting. I plan to move all my pics to another account then link them all.

Glad to see a couple 2 strokes out riding the trip. How long of ride is it between dams? I would like to make it next year on the ultra if its not too rough. Water didn't look bad for a Saturday.

Wondering that too, I found one from the dam 2 dam ride, I moved to NC a few years ago and recently near the Lake Norman State Park. I'm looking to meet some locals to ride with etc...
