I'm off till the 29th. I have a committment next week for a freind on Wednesday...and may possibly be making a road trip to pick up a ski, "xx~fingers~xx" if timing will allow......

Whehn do you plan to ride and where ?

looks like its going to be joe pool sat...one of the guys needs to do some carb tuning and needs the luxery of a good dock..which the river dont have........so its joe pool sat about 11 to 12noon....there is a bouy course we can run if thats anybody's bag......ok.....were Square !

o crap..did mirvin tell you about the ducks (they are mud hens,the little black ones)... did he tell you about the one that crapped on my glasses,made a big splat,them ducks fire back...one got me before mirvin got to the lake.

Chasin ducks is dangerous, lots of crap flyin. When you're doin 70 it's easy to get to close to them and then BAM!

We dont try to run them over , its interesting to try to ride at their speed next to them, kinda like in formation, just dont let them get in front of you.......new years day is a done deal for me...I am off 31st and 1st. Ill be there.................so will the ducks.

The duck deal... there have been a couple of people killed on jetskis by hitting ducks. One time at Caddo a duck popped up in front of a guy we were riding with at a pretty slow speed and hit him in the head. We all thought it was funny but it turned out it almost knocked him out. Said he was dizzy and had a headache the rest of the day. And he was going slow. Since then I've been pretty careful around them. This coming from a guy that plays slalom with tree stumps at 70 MPH
