  • 12th Annual Mudbug top speed results!

Hat's off to you Ben that is very impressive for a supercharged ski.

+ 1 ^ We truly do appreciate all the hard work involved in making this all come together my brother. Thanks to you, Mrs Bayou Princess, family and another else who had a part in making this all possible. We had a great time like always. Had a chance to meet quite a few new passionate folks involved in the sport we love so much from all over the states. One more for the record books Jerry!

My ski is close to stock, and I just made a pass to get the guys motivated to run. I wasnt even planning on making a pass, just there for support and to carry everything. I didnt even break 78mph all loaded down

It was alot of fun doing the speed runs - should be part of the event each year. My ski was only turning 8200 and hit 79 - need to get the rpms up alittle - got to scare away those yamahas!

Hey Billy - I'm learning how to work these postings - can't get my other 05excursion profile to open to I guess this is what I will be posting on.

I changed my oil the sunday after mudbugs and it was like water. Just did a ride on my ski this past weekend - oil started half way between low and full on the dipstick - went through a half tank of fuel and oil ended up 1/4" above full when done - within a 2 hour period of easy riding with a few WOT hits at the end. I have been reading alot about gas in oil and Ive learned from other posting on this site that running an open loop rxp too cool can cause this. My pump is double tapped so I have twice the water flowing for cooling. I checked my injectors and they are not leaking under pressure so I guess its time for an assortment of gauges to be installed to monitor all temps and AF. I will need some help from people on here as to where to get all of my temperature reading from and anything else to check for as to why oil level can be rising. Oil is clear and not milky.

Hey what's up my brother. Was wondering what happen to you! Sounds like your at lease getting to the bottom of this issue your having. I'm sure many members on this forum will know what's the best way to monitor your temperature reading. Hope you get around to having it done soon, you know summer just flies bye. Keep me posted, maybe even Jerry will have some advise about which direction is best. Oh he can probably fix your issues with the profile as well. Sucks to think you have to start over with new forum name.
