Race teams, I have spoken with Jim Russell, the promoter of the Yamaha IJSBA Mark Hahn Memorial Havasu 300 and it's 'put up or shut up' time! It's January 3rd and there are 5 registered teams for this years race. The registration deadline is January 15th to receive 35 more entries to make this race happen or 2019 really was the last Mark Hahn Memorial. Based on all the commitments at last years event we should have more than enough teams to get to the 40 team minimum to hold this years race so it is now 100% in the racers hands whether or not this great event continues or becomes a cherished memory.

Note: Credit Cards will only be charged if the prescribed amount of race teams enter (40). If not and event is cancelled no credit cards will be charged and all entry forms will be destroyed.

Race Teams:

Here is your Schedule of Events for Friday & Saturday:

Friday, February 21st:
12:00 - 6:00 pm - Registration/check in/inspection - Crazy Horse upper parking lot.
Note: All participants must check in at registration to get the wristband, credentials, etc. No wristbands will be issued unless entry is paid in full.
Note:No entries or payments will be received on race day (Saturday). All Registrations must take place on Friday.
3:00 - 6:00 pm - Race pits will be open for set up only to those that have cleared registration. Race pits are 1st come 1st served and all traction material must be installed and removed by the team providing the material. Traction material must be installed in a safe manner. Once pits are closed no entry will be allowed until 7:00 am on Saturday morning.
Reminder: All pits crew members must sign in to receive the wristband. No crew members will be allowed in the pits without the wristband. No open toed shoes in the pits during race.

Saturday, February 22nd:
7:00 am - Race pits open to all registered teams. Please do not line up prior to 6:00 am and please do not block the street.
7:00 - 8:00 am - Final safety inspection for teams that need to correct anything as directed by the Chief Inspector Rich Boell from Friday's Safety Inspection.
8:00 - 8:45 am - Rider's meeting - DSM trailer
9:10- 9:40 am - Warm up lap (not mandatory)
9:55 am - Opening Ceremonies
10:00 am - Yamaha IJSBA Mark Hahn Memorial Havasu 300
6:00 - 9:00 pm Awards ceremony/dinner at Relics & Rods Hall inside the Lake Havasu Aquatic Center.
Note: Only arm banded paid riders and crew members/family members/sponsors will be allowed in the Hall. Dinner tickets are $25 each (cash only) can purchased at the door. Awards ceremony will begin approximately 7:45 pm
