Use the 260 pump and prop.
buy the alignment tool or see if anyone in your area has one.
not sure I remember if the harness had enough slack to move from the rear...

Believe it or not little twings can get caught in between the impeller and wear ring and cause what you are saying. The first few hours the ski will not have full power. IMO every...Leave a comment:
