Yes.....loop together with tubing....

Oops, just remembered you have 1.1l like ours. Oil cooler is part of the tank at the rear.....I don't know if it can actually pass water INTO the oil. Maybe somebody else could...

It could be as simple as a bad oil cooler. But, from the other damage, it sounds like maybe the head could have an internal crack. Use some rubber plugs and plug off the exhaust...

I just run a little piece of hose from one to the other. Hooking the 2 together and basically dead ending both of them. I've done a dozen or so that way.

If you have 12v IN to the main fuse but no power out.....either the fuse is bad OR there is an internal break in the wire that you can't see.

For a 2015 model.....it sure sounds like overall the ski has been neglected badly on proper maintenance and storage.

Not full of coolant unless it's real bad. Drain all the coolant, THEN put 20psi into the coolant side and use a mechanics stethoscope to listen in each plug hole. I've replaced...

OK, start with the solenoid. Should have 12v on red from battery. Should also be a small red wire on that same side.....trace that one to the problem.

Sorry, need to check red or brown to ground. I can't remember offhand which is supply but I think it's red. Then when you push starter button the 12v returns on brown. So, check...

Throw a fresh coat of paint on it and go register it as a "homemade". That's how they do it 'round here.

Lets see a pic of the ski and the connector you're talking about.

Did somebody change something? All of a sudden this morning it seems to go back only one page as it should.

Looks like you have a 951. You'll need to remove the exhaust pipe. Unbolt the oil pump and lay it aside. Unplug the stator connector. Unbolt the front engine mount. Shove a block...

Why is page back not working right?
If I go to my subscriptions or recent posts, I like to look through things and go back to the list if a certain post doesn't interest me. On this updated site, the page back kicks...
